Access to an abundance of fruit including mangoes, guavas, coconuts, bananas, and much more is grown on site. The buildings will include a main pavilion, gym, poolside cabanas, and 5 separate bedroom bungalows each with private garden showers and four poster beds, all attached by covered wooden walkways or stone paths winding through lush naturally landscaped gardens.
The resort style infinity edge pool will overlook the Caribbean Sea, providing for hours of gazing time and relaxation. Set in the shade of the main pavilion will be cabana style areas for lounging by the pool or laying in the sun for your instant tan. Outside barbecue and bar areas will feed you during the day before you head to the private beach and its 5 coral reefs right out front of your door. Snorkeling and watching the octopus and parrot fish will be the norm and you may even get lucky and see a dolphin swim by! Hammocks will be at the waters edge and throughout the property, enticing you to ramble through the many little paths and walkways in search of the next view and your favorite relaxation spot. Venture back to the open main pavilion and allow the full breeze to cool you as you enjoy the huge gourmet kitchen and bar area. The pool table and separate enclosed screening room/office will be a nice respite from the sun. The gym will be ready as well if you are ready for it, with the latest in exercise equipment along with a secluded yoga platform. The wine cellar will be found via secret staircase, as will the lounging loft with pillows and low seating for a quick snuggle away from the main area. Included in the price of this luxurious St. Lucia villa rental and while the villa is being built a 26' Searay Sundeck is available for scuba, sightseeing and water sports. Lumière will sleep 14-16 adults or a combination of children and adults up to 20 if needed. Lumière is perfect for weddings, reunions or a large family or two. It can also be a private place to lounge for just a few who want to stretch out and get away from it all. Lumière has been designed to feel warm yet cool, grand but cozy and old-school relaxed.
